DX69 Tube Bending Machine/Clamping Machine/Flanging Machine(380V), the English name for Crimping Machine or simply Crimping is a hydraulic equipment used for crimping pipe assemblies. It is also known as crimping machine, tube crimping machine, die-casting machine, die-coupling machine, locking tube machine, or shrink tube machine. It features a scientific design for heat dissipation and noise reduction by installing a pump inside a reservoir immersed in hydraulic oil. The pump, driven by an electric motor, outputs hydraulic oil to propel the plunger within the crimping cylinder, causing the mold base to radially contract and thereby squeezing the outer casing of the rubber hose fitting. When the contraction reaches the predetermined micron value, the crimping stops automatically. After the solenoid directional valve changes direction, the plunger within the cylinder moves in reverse, and the mold opens, completing the crimping of the rubber hose.
