Condenser, Cold Trap, Vacuum Drying Oven, Solvent Water-Cooled Treatment Equipment
Condenser
The condenser used with the vacuum drying chamber, also known as a "cold trap," is a配套solution primarily for recovering organic solvents or moisture-rich materials. Installing a condenser at the front of the vacuum pump allows for the removal of a significant amount of moisture and organic solvents generated during the drying process within the vacuum chamber. After condensation by the condenser, these substances are stored in a liquid state within the condensation tank (cold trap). Only a minimal amount of moisture and organic solvents are drawn into the vacuum pump, posing no impact on its operation. In addition to effectively collecting large volumes of moisture and organic solvents, the condenser also prevents rapid halogenation issues caused by excessive intake of moisture and organic solvents into the vacuum pump, offering protective benefits to the pump.
Condenser: The refrigeration compressor operates at a temperature of -20°C, effectively condensing and filtering the water and organic solvents extracted from the vacuum chamber.
Composition of External Condenser:
A single condenser unit is composed of a stainless steel outer casing, QD59H, QD65H, or QD75H compressor, radiator, condenser tank, and other electronic components. The condenser features two external interfaces with vacuum rubber tubes for connecting to a vacuum pump and a vacuum box, both with standard outer diameters of 14mm and inner diameters of 12mm. Users can also customize KF25 or KF40 interfaces as needed (note: when selecting KF25 or KF40 vacuum interfaces, a bellows connection is required). The internal diameter of the condenser tank is 150mm x 250mm in height, with an effective capacity of 5 liters. Outer casing dimensions: 700mm (L) x 390mm (W) x 410mm (H).
The solvent collection efficiency of each single condenser can reach approximately 70%. Models: PVD-LNQ and DZF-LNQ.
The composition of the twin-tower condenser: It consists of a stainless steel outer casing, a QD75H compressor, a radiator, two condenser towers, and other electronic components. Each condenser tower has an effective volume of 5 liters (total of 10 liters for two).
Outer Carton Dimensions: 800mm x 490mm x 513mm (800*490*513mm), this condenser is designed for a collection rate of over 90% when handling solvents. Model: PVD-LNQ2 or DZF-LNQ2
Composition of built-in condensers:
The condenser is composed of a compressor QD59H or QD65H, radiator, condenser tank, and other electronic components. The condenser tank has an internal diameter of 150mm x height of 250mm, with an effective volume of 5 liters.
Built-in lower box, connected to the vacuum pump and vacuum box separately with vacuum rubber tubes. (Note: When the vacuum port is optional KF25 or KF40, a bellows connection is required for matching use.)
Customizable with dual or single tanks (condenser tank effective volume: 10L, 20L, 30L, 60L, 90L).
Condenser vacuum interface connection methods: Top-in (the top interface connects to the vacuum chamber), Bottom-out (the bottom interface connects to the vacuum pump's intake).
External Condenser: For the full range of vacuum drying ovens
