Epoxy phenolic varnish

Composition  Composed of epoxy resin, phenolic resin, rust-proof pigments, solvents, and additives, it boasts excellent resistance to acids, heat, water, oil, and can withstand high temperatures up to 200℃; (available as primer or topcoat).

Performance   This paint boasts excellent characteristics such as salt and water resistance, moisture resistance, resistance to chemical atmospheres, acidic gases, acid mist, alkali resistance, and oil resistance. It also has the advantages of good adhesion, high mechanical strength, and high hardness.

Usage   Epoxy phenolic paint can be used as the anti-corrosion coating on the inner walls of storage tanks and storage bins for the following liquids.

200# solvent oil, gasoline, diesel, heavy oil, lubricating oil;

Chemical Waste (including acids, bases, salts)

Weak acids, weak bases, and most salts.

Hot water below 80 degrees.

Epoxy phenolic paint can be used as a corrosion-resistant coating for the outer walls of steel equipment and pipes insulated for temperatures below 200°C.
