Pre-treatment

The inner surface of the lining equipment is first degreased with solvents and dried, followed by sandblasting with 46# steel grit. The sandblasted surface is then cleaned and dried with trichloroethylene.

Two: Bottom Paint Treatment

Section 3: Adhesive Coating

Apply a layer of special adhesive evenly to the inner surface of the product. Similarly, apply a layer of adhesive to the reverse side of the composite board, then align and affix the board in place.

Four: Paste

Apply the adhesive-coated composite panel to the corresponding position first, then use local heating and rolling to expel the air trapped in between, ensuring a tighter fit for the 3mm or 4mm PTFE (Teflon) sheets.

5. Weld seam

Once the composite panels are fully bonded, use a professional notching machine to create "V" shaped long grooves at the junction of the two panels, and clean out any debris from the gaps.

Welding

Utilize imported high-temperature welding torch, with Φ3.5mm PFA welding rods, to weld the two composite panels together in the middle of the grooved seam. Ensure there are no impurities, bubbles, or missed welds. After the overall welding is complete, use a pinhole tester to test with 15,000 volts to check for any microholes and make the necessary repairs. Upon completion of the inspection, flatten any protruding welding rods on the composite panel surface using an imported sawing machine, and then reinforce the area with a 20mm-wide welding strip. This ensures the welds are sturdy and free of microholes. After welding, test for pinholes using 30,000 volts to further confirm the welding integrity.
