Product Features:

Material: Outer shell is cold-rolled steel plate with electrostatic spraying, inner pot made of stainless steel, corner-free design for easy cleaning.

2. Heating: The inner pot is heated on all four sides, with heat radiating into the box, ensuring even and stable temperature.

3. Temperature Control: Equipped with a liquid crystal temperature controller, the system features automatic temperature control, timing, over-temperature alarm, and PID self-tuning.

4. Window: Large viewing window with a protective panel made of resin installed on the observation window.

5. Interface: KF series interface, compatible with rubber or corrugated hoses, easy to disassemble.

6. Vacuum Pumps: Used for vacuum extraction, suitable vacuum pumps (oil or dry pump) can be selected based on the air extraction rate, available for internal or external installation.

Safety Protection:

Features include self-diagnostic circuits (temperature sensor anomalies, heater wire breakage, automatic over-boost prevention, SSR short circuit), over-boost preventer, leakage protection switch for overcurrent prevention, and key lock for safety.
