Product Overview:
This product conforms to the technical specifications of drying ovens as outlined in GB/T11158-1989 and GB2423.2-1989, as well as national standards. It is primarily used by scientific research departments in aviation, aerospace, petroleum, chemicals, electronics, communications, shipping, and more for non-oxidative drying, baking, and heat treatment requirements. The non-oxidative oven, during operation, is filled with inert gases CO2 and N2 within the working chamber to prevent material oxidation during baking. Applications of the non-oxidative oven in industry include IC packaging, LCDs, transistors, sensors, diodes, quartz crystal oscillators, and hybrid integrated circuit boards.
I. Product Structure
1.1The oven is assembled from the cabinet section, electrical control cabinet section, electric heating, and air duct system section, featuring a reasonable structure and an aesthetically pleasing appearance.
1.2Full week argon welding, high-temperature resistant silicone clamp, SUS304 stainless steel electric heater, dust prevention for machine itself.
1.3Case Material: The outer case is made of SS41 medium carbon steel plate with coated baked paint, which can prevent dust.
1.4Inner Material: Made of SUS304 2mm thick mirror-polished stainless steel plate, cleaned with alkaline soda ash water to remove oil stains and prevent particle formation during baking; Heating Element: Stainless steel heater; Thermocouple;
1.5Material for Medium Drum: Made of SUS304 2mm thick mirror-polished stainless steel plate, cleaned with alkali soda water, oil stains removed, and argon welding sealed for pollution prevention.
1.6Insulation Materials: Ceramic Fiber棉
1.7Load carrier: Detachable, in a movable design.
