Construction Process of Foam Concrete:

1. Inspect the foundation, remove loose and peeling areas, and clean away surface dirt and standing water. Meanwhile, check the cement foaming machine equipment, perform necessary adjustments, and ensure it operates normally.

2. Prepare the foam concrete mixture, ensuring the concentration meets specifications, then add it to the foaming machine's mixer. Simultaneously, add a certain amount of water and foaming agent, start the machine for thorough mixing and foaming to produce foam concrete.

3. Cover the construction surface with foam concrete and smooth it with a straight edge to prevent damaging the original shape.

After installation, clean the equipment thoroughly and then perform a 36-hour water curing process before use.
