Construction Process of Foam Concrete:

1. Inspect the foundation, remove loose and peeling areas, and clean off surface dirt and standing water. Meanwhile, check the cement foaming machine equipment, perform necessary adjustments, and ensure it operates normally.

2. Mix the foam concrete properly, ensuring the concentration meets the requirements. Add it to the mixer of the foaming machine, along with a certain amount of water and foaming agent. Start the machine to thoroughly mix and foam, producing the foam concrete.

3. Apply foam concrete to the construction surface, then smooth it with a straightedge to prevent damaging the original shape.

4. Clean the equipment after installation, then perform a 36-hour water spray maintenance, and it's ready for use afterward.
