Fine Aggregate Pump, also known as fine aggregate concrete pump, is a construction machinery that transports and pours concrete through pipes for both horizontal and vertical transportation.
The basic principle is that pressure oil generated by an electric motor drives the oil cylinder, where the piston rod of the cylinder pushes concrete into the conveying pipeline. Through the sequential operation between the concrete distribution valve and the main oil cylinder, concrete is continuously drawn from the concrete hopper into the cylinder and conveyed to the pouring location through the pipeline.
