Non-standard, irregular chemical corrosion-resistant storage tanks are first manufactured with carbon steel shells and then a diamond-shaped steel mesh is welded on the inner surface of the barrel. Made from polyethylene (PE) using rotational molding (spin molding) technology, the entire tank is formed in one piece on the inner surface of the steel shell.
The steel mesh (turtle mesh) of the non-standard, irregular chemical corrosion-resistant storage tank is integrated with polyethylene, and the steel mesh is welded to the surface of the steel body, making it difficult for the polyethylene lining to脱离 the steel body surface, thus it is a superior corrosion-resistant product.
The inner lining of non-standard, irregular chemical corrosion-resistant storage tanks is smooth, durable, and robust, offering excellent corrosion and wear resistance, as well as a long service life.
Features of Non-standard Special-shaped Chemical Corrosion-Resistant Storage Tanks:
1. Special process for one-time molding, featuring seamless flange connections, low leakage, and high strength.
2. Corrosion protection for steel shell with plastic lining (steel-plastic composite).
3. Excellent corrosion resistance with a wide range of corrosive mediums.
4. The material is non-toxic and can also be used in the production and storage of certain chemicals.
5. The material has excellent toughness, resistant to impact and less prone to damage. It has a notable advantage over ceramic, glass fiber, and enamel products, which are more susceptible to breaking and cracking upon impact.
6. Non-standard, special-shaped chemical corrosion-resistant storage tanks can be custom-made to customer specifications. Due to transportation, the diameter does not exceed 4500mm.
