DX-2012H Permanent Magnet Material Automatic Measuring Device
The DX-2012H Permanent Magnet Material Magnetic Property Tester is designed for measuring magnetic properties of various permanent magnets such as ferrites, AlNiCo, Neodymium-Iron-Boron, and Samarium-Cobalt, including remanence Br, coercivity Hcb, intrinsic coercivity Hcj, and magnetic energy product BHmax. It also displays the B&J-H hysteresis loop and demagnetization curve.
The DX-2012H Permanent Magnet Material Magnetometer follows the testing methods of the national standard GBT 3217-2013, utilizing microcomputer control and A/D, D/A technology. It automatically sets the testing magnetic field and flux range, corrects the integral zero drift and Hall probe non-linearity, and can be configured with various fixed B/J coils according to user testing requirements. It also allows for different measurement methods such as flat pole head, tapered pole head, heating pole head, and W-shaped pole head. The device operates without manual intervention during measurement, offering simplicity and speed. The software can directly plot the B&J-H demagnetization curve, hysteresis loop, and material curves at various temperatures, with the test report capable of overlaying temperature curves for up to four, facilitating better data comparison and analysis. The instrument's accuracy and repeatability meet international advanced levels.

(2) The software can simultaneously display 4 measurement result curves, allowing for a more intuitive comparison of differences under different conditions. (3) The software is built-in with various material temperature coefficients, providing data references for temperature correction. (4) Measurement cycle is 30-120 seconds (depending on the sample type and the operator's proficiency). The DX-210B Fluxmeter is designed using the principle of RC electronic integrator, with the following main performance specifications:

Note: For general permanent magnets, a gaussmeter and a B2 fluxmeter are sufficient for measurement. However, for some high-coercivity rare earth permanent magnets, a gaussmeter is not adequate for measurement, and dual integration measurement is required (which means a B1 fluxmeter must be configured for the measurement).
