DX-2012SD Soft Magnetic Material DC Measurement System is a comprehensive soft magnetic measurement device capable of automatically measuring the fundamental magnetization curve and fundamental hysteresis loop of soft magnetic materials under DC conditions. It complies with the soft magnetic DC measurement standards such as GB/T13012-2008 and can accurately measure static magnetic characteristic parameters, including initial permeability μi, permeability μm, saturation magnetic induction Bs, residual magnetism Br, coercivity Hc, and hysteresis loss Pu.
In the measurement of the direct current characteristics of soft magnetic materials on the magnetization curve, the quantity that is difficult to test accurately is still the initial permeability. The error in testing with a冲击检流计 or scanning method can reach up to several tens of percent. Domestic products mostly use the simulated impact method, effectively avoiding the influence of fluxmeter drift.
