DX-320HC Soft Magnetic Material Hysteresis Force Measurement
The DX-320HC Hysteresis Force Measuring Instrument for Soft Magnetic Materials is a specialized device for measuring the coercivity of soft magnetic materials. It can measure strips, rods, or sheets of soft magnetic samples as well as magnetic components like relays, solenoid valves, and magnetic heads. It provides a direct evaluation of the magnetic properties changes of these components during the manufacturing process (plating, annealing, and welding, etc.). It can also be used for measuring the magnetic properties of products such as magnetic labels, anti-counterfeiting inks, and hard alloy materials. The instrument employs a vibration sample zero flux detection sensor with high sensitivity and accurate detection. It can perform sample tests individually through the panel operation or be controlled by a host computer software.

Coercivity Measurement Instrument for Soft Magnetic Materials (Test Host) utilizes ARM control technology, various signal processing algorithms, rapid fuzzy algorithms, digital filtering algorithms, and intelligent ΔB control technology. The system supports three measurement modes: Fine Mode, Fast Mode, and Smart Mode.
