DX-30SST Iron Loss Tester
Operating Principle and Applications:
The DX-30SST silicon steel sheet iron loss meter utilizes microcomputer technology and analog electronics. The permeameter's magnetic circuit employs a low-loss silicon steel core. It is a compact testing instrument that measures the characteristics of silicon steel sheets, catering to the brand tracking needs of silicon steel sheet demand.
The hardware circuit design adheres to Chinese industry standards (GB/3655-2000), compensating for the secondary induced voltage V and primary excitation current I through real-time sampling, ensuring air quality below 1.0mV. Waveform feedback technology is employed to guarantee system reliability.

Single Stator P1.5/50 Open Circuit Permeability Loss Measurement
Closed-loop measurement can lock in magnetic induction Bm, then measure Ps.
Closed-loop measurement can lock the excitation magnetic intensity Hm, and then measure the magnetic induction Bm.
Circuit magnetic flux meter achieves zero flux compensation.
The mini square follows the standard square.
Directly operate on the panel; one machine can complete the setpoint test.
