Exchange Coil/Frequency Current Magnetic Field Coil
The power frequency magnetic field coil is designed for interference resistance tests of power frequency magnetic fields and conforms to GB/T 17626.8 standard. The power frequency magnetic field coil should generate a magnetic field intensity corresponding to the selected test level and specified uniformity, reaching 2KA/m. The magnetic field intensity is customizable. The power frequency coils designed and manufactured by our company are made of non-magnetic non-metallic materials, featuring stable cross-section and mechanical structure, which is beneficial for maintaining coil stability during testing. The coils have appropriate dimensions to enclose the EUT (in three mutually perpendicular directions).
The power frequency magnetic field coil is designed for power frequency magnetic field interference resistance tests and complies with GB/T 17626.8 standard.
The power-frequency magnetic field coil should generate a magnetic field strength corresponding to the selected test grade and the specified uniformity. The magnetic field strength should reach 2KA/m, and the magnetic field strength can be customized.
Our designed and manufactured power frequency coil is made of non-magnetic, non-metallic materials. It boasts a stable cross-section and mechanical structure, which is conducive to maintaining coil stability during testing.
The coil has the appropriate size to encircle the EUT (in three mutually perpendicular orientations).
Customize different sizes of power frequency coils based on the EUT's dimensions, which can generate a uniform magnetic field within the entire desktop or upright equipment volume, with a deviation of ±3dB.
For testing small equipment such as computer monitors, electricity meters, programmable transmitters, etc., the standard inductance coil is a square with side lengths of 1m or a circle with a diameter of 1m. The standard square coil has a test area volume of 0.6m x 0.6m x 0.5m. For testing larger volume equipment, a standard-sized double coil can be used, with a test area volume of 0.6m x 0.6m x 1.0m.
The coil can rotate from 90 degrees to 360 degrees to accommodate testing in three mutually perpendicular magnetic fields, and the specimen platform can rotate 360 degrees.
