DX-2012MD Rare Earth Permanent Magnet Flux Density Test Device
On behalf of the client, we have designed a NdFeB irreversible temperature loss measurement instrument to provide data for assessing the quality of the material by overseas customers. The temperature range is room temperature to 200°C, and the magnetic field range is 0 to 1T. The design method is actually quite simple, allowing companies that already possess BH measurement instruments for permanent magnets to use their existing equipment to complete the task, thus saving costs. The instrument utilizes a heating pole with an electromagnet to heat the magnet steel (either through a closed-loop electromagnet heating or by conduction through a clamp), and in conjunction with a fluxmeter and a standard one-dimensional亥姆霍兹coil, it measures the flux (or magnetic moment) changes at different temperatures to obtain the thermal flux density loss curve. By testing the flux changes upon returning to room temperature after heating, we can obtain the reversible flux density loss curve, and simultaneously, the irreversible flux density loss curve. By employing electromagnets capable of applying a reverse magnetic field, we can also obtain the material's anti-magnetic curve under high temperatures, which can be used to evaluate the operating range of magnets within a magnetic circuit.
