DX-2012SA AC Measuring Device for Soft Magnetic Materials
The DX-2012SA type soft magnetic AC measuring device is used for accurate measurement of closed-loop samples of soft magnetic ferrites, permalloys, amorphous, and nanocrystalline soft magnetic materials. It automatically measures the AC hysteresis loops, magnetization curves, and loss curves of soft magnetic materials under dynamic (AC) conditions. It accurately measures dynamic magnetic characteristics such as residual magnetization Br, coercivity Hc, specific total loss Ps, amplitude permeability µa, loss angle δ, resistive permeability µR, inductive permeability µL, elastic permeability µ′, viscous permeability µ〞, inductance coefficient AL, and Q value.

● Automatically demagnetizes closed-loop samples, utilizing AC low-frequency demagnetization with a frequency not exceeding 10Hz, ensuring the repeatability of the initial magnetic permeability of the soft magnetic materials. ● Test the basic magnetization curve and permeability curve of the soft magnetic material in closed-loop samples using the impact method. ● Test the static hysteresis loops and related parameters of soft magnetic materials using the impact method. ● Allow the use of scanning method in open-core solenoids and Epstein loops. |

The system supports mainstream operating systems such as Winxp/NT/7/8. ● Display the I(t), B(t) sampling waveforms and B(H) hysteresis loops. ● Displays B(H) hysteresis loops, B(H) magnetization curves, and μ(H) permeability curves. ● The instrument is easy to operate and allows manual interruption of the test. The file management feature is robust, offering functions such as auto-saving data, deleting data, and clearing all data. The data file includes complete sampling data, sample parameters, and instrument parameters. The file is in text format, making it easy to input into other software. The test report includes complete graphs, test results, test conditions, and sample parameters.
