Product Description
1. High-voltage silicon rectifier equipment consists of a high-voltage silicon rectifier and a thyristor automatic control system with a microprocessor, primarily converting AC power to high-voltage DC power. It serves as electrical equipment for the mechanical body of an electrostatic precipitator, utilizing "full digital technology, high-precision spark response control, innovative control functions, and networked design concepts" in a microcomputer automatic voltage controller. This is an essential device for environmental protection and comprehensive utilization development.
2. The circuit employs a high-impedance transformer, effectively suppressing short-circuit currents and improving waveforms. The oil tank utilizes internationally popular corrugated fin radiators, which not only reduce weight but also enhance heat dissipation, thereby reducing the volume.
3. The iron core structure of the rectifier transformer employs a low-loss oblique form and is equipped with a professional CNC shearing production line. The high-voltage silicon stack of the rectifier transformer uses epoxy resin encapsulated avalanche diode voltage regulation modules, offering excellent heat dissipation and aesthetics. The assembly line for rectifier transformers is fitted with a complete set of vacuum drying, transformer oil filtering and filling equipment, as well as testing devices.
4. High-voltage silicon rectifier transformers are installed at the top of the electrostatic precipitator or indoors, with an IP54 protection grade for the housing. An oil collection pan can be set at the bottom of the transformer. The silicon rectifier converts to high impedance, with side outlet or top outlet configurations.
5. The high-voltage silicon rectifier transformer uses flat wheels (track wheels) for rolling, which can rotate 90 degrees, and the rolling direction is parallel to the high-voltage side outlet sleeve.
6. The high-voltage silicon rectifier transformer is equipped with an oil temperature alarm system. An alarm is triggered when the oil temperature exceeds 70°C, and the high-voltage power supply is disconnected at 85°C, accompanied by an audible and visual alarm signal.
7. Use transformer oil #25 or #45.
8. High-voltage silicon rectifier transformers, light gas alarms, heavy gas tripping, and simultaneous sound and light alarm signals.
9. The rectifier transformer primary with a rated output voltage of 72KV YTC is equipped with three taps, namely, the 60KV tap, the 66KV tap, and the 72KV YTC tap.

Product Features
1. The operating environmental temperature for the transformer should not exceed +40°C and should not be lower than the freezing point specified for the transformer oil.
2. Relative humidity of air shall not exceed 90% (at air temperature of 20±5℃).
3. The air around the equipment should be free of conductive dust and gases or steam containing corrosive metals or insulating materials.
4. Non-explosive hazard in compliance with the following specifications: wave form is sinusoidal, frequency is 50Hz, with a fluctuation range not exceeding ±2%, voltage of 380V, and amplitude variation not exceeding ±55, with instantaneous fluctuation range not exceeding ±10%.
5. The dust collector's grounding resistance value is less than 2Ω.
