Heavy Oil Heater Overview
Residual oil and heavy oil serve as liquid fuels in industrial furnaces for metallurgy, building materials, glass, chemicals, and other industries. Electric heaters are primarily designed for preheating and heating of fuels like heavy oil, coal tar, residual oil, and heavy diesel oil, effectively controlling the power load on the heat transfer surface. Not only do they ensure a stable and anticipated atomized oil temperature for the fuel oil, but they also prevent coking on the heat exchange surface, which is beneficial for improving the combustion conditions of heavy oil, enhancing thermal efficiency, and promoting fuel and energy conservation. This provides the conditions for the automatic control of fuel oil industrial furnaces. (Export temperature is adjustable and controllable) and features constant temperature control and over-temperature alarm.
