Fused Aluminum Molten Liquid Electric Heating Insulation Furnace
Overview
Our company has developed an electric heating and insulation furnace for alloy liquid pre-casting of aluminum alloy parts, fully absorbing the technology of Japanese counterparts. The insulation material is selected from domestic insulation materials, and the contact part with the aluminum liquid uses imported casting materials, which are pre-fabricated and cast into shape. The furnace body is sturdy and durable, with the inner lining of the furnace wall coated with BN material, thus offering excellent non-stick properties and resistance to aluminum liquid erosion, minimal aluminum liquid burn loss, minimal maintenance work during normal use, and no contamination of the aluminum liquid. The lifespan of the furnace lining is greater than or equal to four years. The heater uses domestic silicon carbide rods or metal heaters (average lifespan of 4000 hours). The furnace body is a 3-5 chamber structure.
One. Furnace Body
The imported special casting material is fully preformed and烧结sintered. Insulation materials typically use domestic options. If clients require excellent insulation properties or installation space constraints that limit the overall size of the furnace, imported insulation materials can be chosen. After the furnace assembly and shaping, it is coated with BN material (non-stick aluminum coating, free of components that contaminate aluminum alloys). The outer shell is焊接welded from steel plates and sections.
Heater
Heater mounted above, using domestic silicon carbide rods or metal heater, easy to replace, but with a relatively short lifespan (about 4,000 hours on average). For customers with high quality requirements, we recommend using the heaters from Sweden's Cantel or Japan's东海高热.
Cap
Full fiber structure, with easy-to-move design for cleaning and convenient structural changes.
IV. Aluminum Liquid Control Methods
1-point temperature measurement, SCR continuous PID control, aluminum melt temperature deviation within +5°C.
