I. Overview of Jacketed Electric Heater:
The armored electric heater is a solid unit formed by a metal protective tube, inorganic insulating materials (such as magnesium oxide, aluminum oxide, etc.), and high-performance nickel-chromium resistance (heating) wires. Three-dimensional production of the armored electric heater boasts advantages such as pressure resistance, vibration resistance, flexibility, energy saving, impermeability, radiation resistance, explosion-proof, safety, ease of installation, high mechanical strength, and long service life. This product combines the principle of armored electric heating cables, utilizing high-performance nickel-chromium resistance (heating) wires to provide accurate heat power. Each resistance wire is securely connected to the lead wire using a new technology, ensuring an ideal service life. High-purity magnesium oxide is used as the insulating material between the resistance (heating) wire and the protective tube, offering excellent electrical insulation and thermal conductivity. It is widely used in the electronic industry for vacuum coating equipment baking and heating, greenhouse and oven heating, paint spraying and epoxy resin treatment, air and other gas heating, thermal forming, heat treatment, tempering, and annealing equipment, as well as heating for drying equipment.

Section 2: Structured Design of Armor-Coated Electric Heater
This cable is composed of a seamless metal sheath, a single or multiple heating wires, and a tightly compressed magnesium oxide insulation layer, as shown in the figure.
The armored electric heater consists of a mid-section heating cable, two cold cables at the ends, connectors, and terminals, as shown in the figure below, allowing for easy connection to the power supply.
Additionally, armored electric heaters can be customized into various shapes and power ratings as per requirement (single-core, double-core. Diameter, height, and power are made according to customer specifications).
