The RP4030 probe features an internal bias range of up to ±30V, a 1.2x low attenuation ratio, and a high DC input impedance of up to 50 kΩ. These technical specifications allow engineers to directly set a bias equal to the DC voltage, displaying the DC signal in the middle of the oscilloscope screen without additional DC blocking devices. It can utilize a vertical sensitivity as high as 5mV/div to observe very small power ripples. The RP4030 boasts a bandwidth of 4GHz, twice that of similar products on the market, and can be paired with the HDO9404 high-precision oscilloscope for power integrity testing. It comes with a rich array of front ends and accessories, including a standard 36” (914mm) SMA-MCX cable that can connect to a 4GHz MCX焊接 front end, a 4GHz MCX PCB connection front end, or connect U.FL PCB test points via a 3GHz MCX-U.FL adapter. Point measurement front ends are also available. The high-bandwidth, compact welding front end and U.FL PCB connection front end (3mm x 3mm) are an excellent choice for mobile handheld systems with limited space. Additional accessories can also be purchased for other testing requirements.
