The main mechanical components of the equipment are produced at VTA's facilities in Niederwinkling, Germany, and at the STREICHER Group's location in Deggendorf. The process development, design, and manufacturing departments of VTA are in close proximity, allowing for tight collaboration and enabling VTA to swiftly respond to customer needs, including during the production phase.

These distillation units are used for purification, concentration, removal of low-boiling-point substances, color improvement, and material drying in various application fields. Film evaporators can also serve as reboilers for rectification columns. The applications include chemical, agrochemical, polymer, and food industries, among others.
