Material enters the evaporator diagonally through an inlet located beneath the separator cylinder, and is continuously and evenly distributed along the inner wall of the evaporator cylinder by a distributor installed inside the separator cylinder. The secondary steam evaporated from the evaporator cylinder rises to the separator cylinder, where it is separated from any droplets or foam it may carry by a gas-liquid separator installed within. The secondary steam is then drawn out of the evaporator through an outlet at the top.
Many taboos need to be observed when using a film evaporator, such as strictly prohibiting the operation of the motor stirrer under conditions of no liquid or full liquid; strictly prohibiting reverse operation; and strictly prohibiting touching moving parts during operation. Only in this way can we ensure the safety of both equipment and staff during use.
Additionally, operators must ensure electrical safety by not pressing buttons with wet hands. Please specify if the internal temperature of the equipment exceeds 150 degrees when placing an order to ensure the equipment meets actual production conditions and achieves optimal performance.
After a period of operation, the thin-film evaporator requires maintenance. Typically, its reducer lubricant is 40# engine oil, and the amount of oil should be within the indicated level. Excessive oil can cause stirring and heat generation, while insufficient oil can lead to the destruction of the eccentric shaft pump oil film, causing overheating and temperature rise. Initially, change the lubricating oil twice within the first month of use, and thereafter, replace it every 3-4 months.
