The SMC Sheet Molding Compound Production Line is a professional machine for manufacturing Sheet Molding Compound (SMC). SMC is a fiber-reinforced thermosetting composite material made up of resins (such as unsaturated polyester), glass fibers, fillers, and additives, featuring high strength, lightweight, and corrosion resistance. Equipment composition
The SMC sheet material production line is mainly composed of the following systems:
- Resin Paste Preparation System: High-accuracy measurement and mixing of resin, filler, hardener, and other raw materials.
- Fiber Cutting and Sedimentation System: Trims continuous glass fibers to a fixed length and evenly distributes them in the resin slurry.
