Reno Retaining Block Introduction
The Reno Mattress is a mesh box structure composed of metal wire, typically ranging in thickness from 0.17 to 0.5 meters. Stone material is filled inside the boxes, and multiple boxes are linked together to form a whole. A single or multiple baffles are added inside the box to enhance the stability of the Reno Mattress. The wire diameter of the edge of the mesh is larger than that of the mesh itself to increase the tensile strength. The Reno Mattress is mainly used for riverbank protection, river management, road protection, reclamation projects, etc., and boasts flexibility, strong adaptability, and good ductility.

(1) Galvanized Steel Wire: High-quality low-carbon steel wire, wire diameter 2.0MM-4.0MM, tensile strength not less than 380Mpa, with a hot-dipped zinc coating for surface protection. The thickness of the zinc coating is customized according to customer requirements, with a maximum of up to 300g/m². (2) Zinc-5% Aluminum-Mixed Rare Earth Alloy Wire (also known as Galfan): This is a new material that has emerged internationally in recent years, offering corrosion resistance up to three times that of traditional pure galvanized wire. The wire diameter ranges from 1.0MM to 3.0MM, with a tensile strength of not less than 1380Mpa.
(3) Galvanized steel wire includes high-quality low-carbon steel wire, which is coated with a layer of PVC protective layer on its surface and then woven into various specifications of hexagonal mesh. This PVC protective layer significantly enhances protection in highly polluted environments and allows for integration with the surrounding environment through the selection of different colors.
