Waterproof busway, also known as resin-injected busway.

Scope of Application

The FSC series waterproof busway is suitable for power distribution systems with rated voltages below 750V, rated working currents of 250-7500A, and frequencies of 50-60Hz.

II. Structural Performance

1. The waterproof busbar trunking features a rational "sandwich" phase line closely stacked structure design, making the trunking more compact in shape and smaller in volume. It also enhances the dynamic and thermal stability of the busbar system, providing the advantages of low impedance and reduced voltage.

2. The housing is made of unsaturated and asbestos-based inorganic materials,整体cast, with light stabilizers and flame retardants added to the resin. A metallic housing can also be installed, enhancing the busbar system's shock resistance and service life.

3. Utilize a specialized "Y" type waterproof connector for reliable and convenient connection.

Section 3: Insulation Configuration

The JYMF series waterproof busway insulation medium primarily utilizes high-grade insulation material — polyester imide, with an insulation grade of H and a service life of over 50 years.

IV. Main Technical Parameters

1. Waterproof busbar trunking with IP67 protection level, resistant to wave impact and long-term submersion, safe and practical for outdoor, underwater, and corrosive gas environments. Once properly installed and used, the busbar trunking requires no maintenance.

2. The busbar system can withstand a 3750V AC withstand voltage for 1 minute without any breakdown or flashover.

3. The busbar system, when operating under a continuous rated current, will not exceed the following temperature rises: terminal connections: 60K, metal housing: 30K, surface of insulation pieces within the slot: 40K.
