NHMC Refractory Bus Duct
This product utilizes high-temperature mica tape insulation material to ensure the electrical insulation performance of the busbar. The surface treatment of the housing employs two layers of fire-resistant paint for both undercoating and topcoating. After being exposed to high-temperature flame radiation, this fire-resistant paint can form a foam-like protective layer of 30~50mm thickness. It protects the outer perimeter of the busway, providing insulation and preventing the housing from being directly burned. This ensures that the busway system continues to operate normally in the event of a fire.
This product has the same electrical performance as standard other busbar trunking models under normal conditions. Refer to the technical specifications and current ratings of NHMC fire-resistant busbar trunking for ordering. The installation structure is the same as other busbar trunkings. Please refer to this for selection.
NHMC Copper Busway Technical Performance
Our NHMC type refractory insulated busway is in compliance with the IEC 439-2 international standard, as well as the 8511-1996 air insulated busway national standard and the GB/T 9978-88 standard for fire resistance tests of building components.
2. NHMC type refractory insulated busway is used with rated voltages below 660V and frequencies of 50Hz or 60Hz.
3. The NHMC type refractory insulated busway maintains electrical integrity for 30 minutes during a fire. The test voltage is 1000V, with insulation resistance exceeding 10MΩ. At 60 minutes post-fire, the insulation resistance is 0.5MΩ. The test voltage is above 1000V.
4. The NHMC type refractory insulated busway features double-row bolt connections. It offers extreme stability and is easy to install. The housing meets the requirements of IP40 protection level.
