I. Pre-Order Confirmation Requirements
Product Name: (For example, Hot-Dip Galvanized Aluminum Zinc Coated Steel Sheet)
Technical Standards: (Q/BQB440-2003)
3. Sheet Types: (Generally divided into hot-dipped galvanized color coated sheet and hot-dipped aluminum-zinc color coated sheet)
4. Coating Weight: Shanghai Baosteel's stock resources offer galvanized coating weight of 120G/㎡ and aluminum-zinc coating weight of 100G/㎡.
Custom orders for galvanized coating can reach up to 275g/㎡, and aluminum-zinc coating up to 180g/㎡.
Coating Types: (PE Polyester, SMP Silicon-Modified Polyester, HDP High-Weather-Resistant Polyester, PVDF Fluorocarbon, Self-Cleaning, Antistatic, etc.)
6. Coating Structure: Select based on application (2/2 Double Coating and Baking for solid board use, 2/1M Double Coating and Baking for both sandwich panels and solid board, 2/1 Double Coating and Single Baking for sandwich panels only)
7. Yield Strength: Different strengths correspond to different grades. Generally, TDC51D is selected unless there are special requirements (common high-strength grades include TS280GD, TS350GD, TS550GD).
8. Specifications: Thickness x Width x Length (0.5 x 1000C)
9. Positive Color: Sea Blue 404 (Baosteel's 16 standard colors are: Broadleaf Green, Imperial White, Milky White, Silver Grey, White Grey, Ivory, Silver, Porcelain Blue, Snow White, Silver Grey, Bone White, Deep Sky Blue, Baosteel Blue, Deep Bean Green, Brick Red, Sea Blue. Additional colors incur a surcharge of 234 RMB.)

After determining the above items, calculate the price based on the specific order number.
For example: Required specifications are 0.5mm thick, 1m wide aluminum-zinc coated steel with a weight of 150g/㎡, yield strength of 350MPa, a common polyester coating, and a silver color, used as a single sheet.

Section 3: Shipment Precautions
Delivery Period: As Baosteel operates a full-process production, all products are customized upon demand. Therefore, the current practice is to place orders before the 15th-20th of the month and deliver by the end of the following month. The standard production cycle for colored coated steel plates is 22 to 45 days. (For instance, orders for August deliveries must be confirmed before July 15th-20th to avoid delays.)
Packaging: Authentic Shanghai Baosteel Color Coated Steel Sheets are vertically precision-packed with wooden skids.
3. Request a quality certificate for Baosteel's color coated steel, ensuring the certificate matches the coil number, batch number, net weight, and zinc coating content with the color coated coil labels. Also, carefully check the clarity of the labels for any signs of tampering, including the internal coil labels.
4. Verify the authenticity of the warranty certificate through Baosteel's online verification portal, or directly call the Baosteel after-sales hotline at 400-820-8590.

Difference from PVC steel
It differs from PVC steel in the composition of materials; magnets can be attracted to it.
In a strict sense, PVC and colored steel cannot be well distinguished in terms of metal properties and surface treatment, as they are quite similar; thus, the market differentiation mainly lies in the profile structure.

Polyester Coated (PE)
Features: Good adhesion; flexible coating; rich colors; good formability and outdoor durability; relatively low cost. Silicone-modified Polyester (SMP)
Features: Good film hardness, wear resistance, and heat resistance; excellent exterior durability; anti-dulling film with good adhesion; rich colors; moderate bending performance. Suitable for environments with specific requirements for anti-pollution and weather resistance. Under normal operating conditions, correct processing, and installation, Baosteel Huangshi Color Coated Cocoa requires no maintenance for 8-12 years.
High-Durability Polyester (HDP)
Features: Excellent color retention and UV resistance; good outdoor durability, resistance to chalking, and molding properties; suitable for exterior building panels with high weather resistance requirements, offering the best cost-performance ratio among architectural color-coated products. PVDF (Polyvinylidene Fluoride)
