Shaking Instrument Antimicrobial Fingerprint Oil is a high-functional UV reactive resin modified with nano-particles. The UV cured coating based on it boasts exceptional wear resistance, scratch resistance, and surface hardness. By combining it with silicone compounds, it achieves excellent antimicrobial properties. It can be used independently without the need for curing under N2 protection, showcasing its outstanding resistance to 0000# steel wool abrasion. After 1000 cycles, the surface remains free of marks and no loss of luster. Recommended for surface protective coatings on various plastic materials such as PMMA sheets, PET film, window film, and mobile phone casings.
Excellent antibacterial properties, forms covalent bonds with coated surfaces, boasts good wear and chemical resistance, suitable for coating various substrates (such as PMMA, PC, PET, Glass, metals, etc.), and can be added to textiles, paints, and plastic injection granules. Long-lasting antibacterial effect, with a wide range of applications. Non-toxic, biocompatible.
Excellent process stability, unfortunately with uneven dispersion of the metallic coating, suitable for various coatings and offering superior hydrophobic, oleophobic, and fingerprint-resistant properties.
With heat, light, hard water, acid, and inorganic salt resistance. Not resistant to alkali. Non-volatile in boiling water. Strong antibacterial effect on both Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria. A treatment agent with excellent antibacterial and odor-proof properties. Can be added to plastics (EVA, PU, PE, PP, PVC, etc.) to impart antibacterial and odor-proof effects to the material.

2. Specific Gravity: 0.8~0.95
3. Viscosity approximately 1 cp
4.pH:0~2
Roasting Temperature: 170℃ for 30 minutes
Antibacterial Anti-fingerprint Oil (B) Physical Description:
1. Main Components: Perfluoropolyether compound, fluorinated solvent
2. Specific Gravity: 1.6~1.8
3. Viscosity approximately 1 cp
4.pH:7
Baking Temperature: 150℃ for 30 minutes

Agent A: After application, it increases transmittance by approximately 0.5~2%, with a cured film thickness of about 90~110nm and a surface water drop angle of around 60 degrees. Initially, the attachment of the antibacterial layer to the glass can be judged by the increase in transmittance. The recommended spraying height is above 80mm, with the flow rate varying per equipment, so adjustments are required. A film too thick will appear purplish-blue with uneven coloration. The normal film thickness will be colorless and transparent.
Agent B: Prepared according to the standard anti-fingerprint coating process, if the water contact angle is not as expected, adjust the flow rate upwards, (recommended not to exceed 30S/9g to ensure antibacterial effect) and pay attention to the spraying process.
