Our products are applicable for the repair of various curved screens, including 2D, 2.5D, 3D, and 4曲面. Currently, no available repair equipment on the market can perform 4D curved screen repair. YMJ-200S Grinding Equipment, featuring XYZAC5-axis linkage function, allows for CNC programming of 2D and 3D patterns, as well as manual trajectory mode programming with servo motor automatic positioning.
Spindle speed, trajectory, direction, servo output torque, vacuum pressure, XYZAC axis speed, time, machining dimensions, and other parameters are freely adjustable.
After parameter adjustment, the handwheel can be used in automatic mode to simulate the system in manual mode to test if it meets the requirements. This feature can replicate the path trajectory of the automatic mode, effectively preventing collisions and verifying the accuracy of system parameters. The device is equipped with a Z-axis torque detection function to prevent products from being overpressed and ensure that products repaired too heavily do not have insufficient thickness.
The grinding fluid features automatic refilling, filtration, recirculation, and splash prevention. It is designed to exit from the spindle center, connected to the spindle with a high-speed rotating union made of SMC. This prevents the grinding fluid tube from getting tangled during rotation, ensuring no fluid leakage. It also avoids product damage due to excessive central temperature during repair, as the simultaneous application of grinding fluid effectively lowers product temperature and enhances the efficiency of grinding repair production.
The equipment is equipped with a position stroke sensor switch and an automatic feedback adjustment alarm function for the Z-axis torque, preventing the equipment from colliding or damaging the product during debugging and operation.
The equipment is equipped with dedicated positioning, waterproof, vacuum吸附, and screen break tooling. It features true air pressure and conventional pressure alarm devices, continuously monitoring the equipment's pressure status.
Equipped with a special control handle for CNC machine tools, facilitating the debugging personnel in adjusting the machine, enhancing the operator's control and operability over the machine.
