ZY-880 Anti-Fingerprint Oil is a single-component solution, also known as metal nano coating or metal liquid, which forms an ultra-thin, highly transparent coating on the surface of metal substrates. Relying on nanotechnology, the composition of this organic/inorganic composite matrix has been optimized for excellent cleanability and scratch resistance. ZY-880 is suitable for various coating processes. The ZY-880 coating is easy to clean, reduces scratching, and prevents the attachment of dirt and fingerprints. The ultra-thin ZY-880 coating (<100 nm) is highly durable and can withstand chemical and environmental attacks, including high humidity salt corrosion, UV light, and temperature changes, avoiding degradation of performance.

The common coating process for accelerometers is first to spray, then to heat cure. Plasma pretreatment is required before coating. The viscosity of the solution can be adjusted according to the spray configuration conditions of the automated industrial coating line. In addition, the TPD formula can also be adjusted to meet the requirements of other coating processes such as slot coating, dipping, and roller coating. It is recommended to filter the solution before coating. The heat curing process can be heated using IR or a traditional curing oven.
