The AG9000-1600 is a large-scale AG coating equipment, highly integrated with the cutting-edge technology of AG coating processes. It measures L6660*W2650*H2266mm, features a simple structure, high applicability, and is particularly suitable for large-sized products like automotive coatings and commercial display glass. It's also the largest AG bottom plate heating coating equipment on the market with a width of 1600mm.

The AG9000-1600 model utilizes four plasma units, cleaning the workpiece before coating to reduce inherent impurities. This ensures a strong adhesion between the glass surface and the coating layer, enhancing the bond strength and improving the product's resistance to aging and abrasion, resulting in a higher quality coated film.

Equipped with imported nano spray nozzles, it precisely controls the coating amount, enhances the atomization capability of the liquid, ensures even adhesion between the film and glass, improves the uniformity of product coating, and increases the smoothness of the film surface. Production capacity increases by 10-20%, and the liquid is saved by approximately 10%.

All profiles are made of 6061 aerospace aluminum, with electroplating treatment for enhanced corrosion resistance and extended equipment lifespan. Colors can be customized according to customer requirements (current option is silver gray).

The equipment automatically activates when materials reach the identification zone, and shuts off automatically when there's no material, reducing liquid waste and plasma function consumption. 5. Features an automatic low-pressure alarm system that will automatically shut down the machine when the pressure falls below the set pressure value, preventing batch quality issues due to low pressure.

6. Alarm alerts can be displayed on the screen and automatically stop the equipment, effectively preventing batch quality issues (such as: plasma alarm, low pressure alarm, spray gun clog alarm, insufficient coating liquid, etc. alarms).

7. The spraying area is equipped with a closed gantry to isolate internal AG dust, preventing contamination of the workshop environment. The spray gun features a Y-axis compensation function, allowing for reciprocating spraying. 8. The spray area can accommodate up to three spray guns operating simultaneously, with two groups of pressure-supplied fluids, and an additional group of injection systems for backup. 9. Installing an insulated protective cover at the inlet prevents personnel from burns and also stores thermal energy, preventing rapid heat dissipation, thus enhancing the heating effect.

10. The heating base is designed with a multi-layer structure, utilizing high polymer insulation materials to effectively prevent heat loss caused by heat conduction. The heating wire in the heating layer is evenly distributed for higher thermal efficiency and more uniform temperature. The top layer is made of an isothermal plate material, further enhancing the overall uniformity of the heating plate's temperature.

11. High-power heating plate, whole plate heating power over 3KW, featuring analog point matrix output control for lower energy consumption and faster heating. Special PID temperature control algorithm ensures more precise temperature regulation.

12. Equipment programs can be customized according to the customer's on-site process requirements, such as the nozzle turning on ahead of time upon reaching the plasma area to the coating transition area.

13. After plasma treatment, the drop angle is less than 20 degrees.

14. The discs are transported by a trolley to the loading area, where they are loaded into the equipment. After spraying is complete, the trolley retrieves the discs for a continuous production cycle.

All equipment doors are equipped with alarm sensors, and safety light grids are added to the operator positions. If the equipment door is opened during operation, the alarm will stop the equipment to prevent any accidental injury to personnel.
