The Aluminum Ash Roller Separator, also known as the Aluminum Ash Separator, Aluminum Ash Roller Screen, and Aluminum Slag Screening Machine, is a high-precision non-vibrating large-scale screening equipment. It operates through a variable speed reduction system, causing the screening drum to rotate at a certain speed. Materials are separated as they pass through the drum from top to bottom, with fine material discharged from the lower front of the drum and coarse material from the lower rear. The Aluminum Ash Roller Separator is mainly composed of a motor, a reducer, roller assembly, frame, seal cover, in/out material ports, dust removal pipeline, etc.
The drum assembly is inclined on the frame. The motor is connected to the drum assembly via a coupling, driving the drum assembly to rotate around its axis. As materials enter the drum assembly, their inclination and rotation cause the materials on the sieve surface to flip and roll, allowing qualified materials (sieve bottom products) to be discharged through the outlet at the bottom of the drum's rear end, and unqualified materials (sieve top products) to be discharged through the outlet at the drum's tail end. Due to the flipping and rolling of materials inside the drum, materials caught in the sieve holes can be ejected, preventing clogging of the sieve holes. The sand mill, auxiliary unit, and principle structure of the aluminum ash separator are almost identical; the differences lie in people's understanding and naming of it.

High screening efficiency
Due to the equipment's plate-type cleaning mechanism, during the screening process, no matter how sticky, wet, or mixed the material entering the separator is, it can never block the screen due to the relative movement between the cleaning machine and the screen body, thereby improving the equipment's screening efficiency.
