Operating Principle

This machine is composed of three main parts: the sieve box, the vibration source, and the shock absorber. The vibration frame is connected to the sieve box with 4 to 12 sets of soft rubber shock absorbers, which are fixed vertically and horizontally. This generates centrifugal force, controlled by the shock absorber to maintain a floating amplitude, causing the material to undergo a downward throwing and layering filtration process, thereby achieving the best grading and screening effect.
