Principle of Aluminum Ash Melting Rotary Furnace Operation
1. Before using the tilting furnace for aluminum slag, first lay a cold ash foundation with sifted ash particles, using 3/4 to 1 bucket of the material. If there's insufficient hot ash, wait for more hot ash to be added.
2. Hot ash delivered from each workshop must be promptly added to the furnace (except when it's being roasted or unloaded), or else it should be scattered and covered with fine ash to prevent excessive oxidation and minimize heat loss, and then sealed with a slag pot lid.
