Principle of Operation Unveiled
Scrape the aluminum ash from the melting furnace into a special trolley, then transport the hot aluminum ash to the main lifting frame of the ash roasting machine using the trolley. Activate the lifting mechanism, pour the hot aluminum ash into the equipment to begin processing. Under the equipment's stirring action, due to the density difference between the aluminum liquid and the hot slag, the ash is discharged from the ash outlet at the top of the container, while the aluminum liquid is discharged from the discharge outlet at the bottom of the container, ready for casting into aluminum ingots.
Environmental Dust Removal System
During the mixing process, aluminum generates smoke during combustion and oxidation, which pollutes the environment. Therefore, the equipment is equipped with a smoke exhaust system at the rear, featuring water tank dust removal, rotary water mist dust removal, and bag dust removal. Under the action of the downstream fan, the flue gas is filtered through the rotary water mist dust removal unit. The wastewater is drained from the bottom of the water mist dust removal unit into the water tank dust removal unit, then settles in a sedimentation pool before the clean water is discharged into another pool for recycling.
