Hexagonal Wire Mesh Machine, also known as Gabion Mesh Machine or Hexagonal Twisted Mesh Machine, is a specialized equipment for producing hexagonal wire mesh.
Gabion mesh is extensively used in seawalls, sand dikes, river embankments, drainage channels, reservoirs, road and bridge construction, and other civil engineering projects, particularly providing excellent material conditions for flood prevention. It also supplies high-quality, cost-effective, and long-lasting guardrails for our country's expressways; it can also be used for protective fences in zoos, residential windows, and landscaping, etc.
Also suitable for the oil, construction, agriculture, and chemical industries, as well as pipeline heating.
The LNWL4 stone笼网 machine, currently in development, features a solid gray iron drag plate bracket, precision-welded from rectangular tubes and steel plates.
The stone笼网机 frame is assembled from four major components: the upper and lower drag plate seats, the machine head box, and the rear support, utilizing relevant technology and equipment. These four components of the frame are precision-finished on specific equipment through a particular process.
The stone笼machine is equipped with an upper drag plate and a lower drag plate, which are respectively installed in the upper and lower drag plate cavities. Semi-gears are mounted in the left and right half-holes of both the upper and lower drag plates. Inside the upper and lower drag plates, there are racks that rotate the semi-gears, which move forward and backward as the machine operates, driving the semi-gears to rotate in both directions. When manufacturing large-diameter stone笼mesh, two racks should be set inside the upper drag plate to enhance the winding force during twisting.
