Hexagonal Wire Mesh Machine, also known as Gabion Machine or Twisted Hexagonal Mesh Machine, is a specialized equipment for manufacturing hexagonal wire mesh.
Hesco mesh is extensively used in embankments, such as sea, sand, river embankments, drainage channels, reservoirs, road and bridge constructions, and other civil engineering projects, particularly providing excellent material conditions for flood prevention and control. It also offers high-quality, affordable, and long-lasting guardrails for our country's expressways; it can also be used for protective fences in zoos, residential windows, and landscaping, among other applications.
Also suitable for the oil, construction, agriculture, and chemical industries, as well as pipeline heating.
The LNWL4 stone笼网 machine currently in development features a solid cast iron drag plate base, precision-welded from rectangular tubes and steel plates.
The stone cage net machine frame is assembled from four major components: the upper and lower slide seats, the machine head box, and the rear support, utilizing relevant processes and equipment. These four components of the frame are precision machined on specific equipment using a specific process.
The stone笼mesh machine is equipped with an upper and a lower drag plate. The upper and lower drag plates are respectively installed in the cavities of the upper and lower drag plate seats. The half gears are installed in the left and right half holes of the upper and lower drag plates. Inside the cavities of the upper and lower drag plates, there are racks for the rotating half gears. The racks move forward and backward during machine operation, driving the half gears to rotate in both directions. When manufacturing large-diameter stone笼mesh, two racks should be set inside the upper drag plate to enhance the winding force during the twisting process.
