Filtering, Washing, Drying Three-in-One



Introduction
The "Filter-Wash-Dry in One" process is a new generation of solid-liquid separation equipment that has gradually gained popularity in China since the 1990s. RUNLV's multifunctional filter-wash-dry unit allows for the completion of the three processes of filtration, washing, and drying within a sealed container, maximizing equipment utilization. It avoids environmental pollution and contamination of materials by the environment, reduces material transfer losses, saves solvent usage, and is suitable for intermittent batch production.
Operating Principle
Filtering Stage: Separation of the filter cake and mother liquor from the product. The filter cake thickness can reach up to 600mm.
Washing Stage: Further purification of the filter cake, cleaning of the mother liquor, and pre-dewatering. The filter cake and washing liquid are mixed layer by layer through a lifting and lowering agitator, forming a slurry, and the suspended slurry cake is thoroughly washed.
Drying Stage: The dewatering and drying treatment of the filter cake. While the filter cake is loosened layer by layer by the agitator, the side walls of the equipment, the bottom of the filter plates, and the moving mixing blades simultaneously heat the filter cake, causing moisture to evaporate rapidly for drying purposes. The evaporation speed is accelerated by vacuuming within the equipment. The evaporated moisture is carried away by adding treated hot nitrogen gas and other media, which accelerates the drying process and improves the drying efficiency.
Discharge Phase: Dry materials are automatically discharged from the side outlet by the reversal of the S-type stirrer blades, propelling the material out.
