Filter and Wash in One

Introduction

The "Filter-Washing in One" process is a new generation of solid-liquid separation equipment that has gradually gained popularity in China since the 1990s. RUNLV's multifunctional filter-washing drying unit allows for both filtering and washing processes to be completed within a sealed container, maximizing equipment utilization. It also prevents environmental pollution and contamination of materials, reduces material transfer losses, saves solvent usage, and is suitable for intermittent batch production.

Operating Principle

      Filtering Stage: Separation of the filter cake and mother liquor from the product. The filter cake thickness can reach 600mm.

      Washing Stage: Further purification of the filter cake, cleaning of the mother liquor, and pre-dewatering. The filter cake and washing liquid are mixed layer by layer using an up-and-down agitator, forming a slurry, which allows for a thorough washing of the suspended slurry cake.

      During the discharge stage: Dry materials are automatically discharged from the side outlet by the reverse rotation of the S-shaped stirring blades.

      Multiple controls for liquid export valves, automatic discharge system for solid materials, reducing labor intensity.
