Pole:
To ensure rationalization of pipe loading, the weight for the support arm is designed to distribute rotating joint loads and secure installation.
Pillars and pier assembly can be done using bolted connections or welding.
2. Inner Arm Locking:
To securely lock the arm in its containment position, preventing damage to the arm or surrounding structures due to strong wind conditions or unauthorized operation.
3. Interface: The connecting part between the arm and the pipeline, typically connected to the pipeline using flanges.
4. Swivel Connector
For arm rotation, meets normal operational range (envelope range), standard crane boom uses 4 or 5 rotating joints to achieve three-dimensional movement and flange interface alignment.
5. Inner Sleeve:
The section connecting the interface to the outer arm can rotate horizontally.
6. Outer Arm:
For the main body of the crane pipe, it can achieve 360° rotation horizontally.
Swivel range of 75° in the vertical direction.
7. Vapour Phase Tube (Model AL1412/3):
Utilize stainless steel flexible hoses to export volatile gas mediums.
8. Vertical Pipe
Achieve the extension of the loading and unloading arm into the hopper car, the aluminum alloy vertical pipe overcomes the potential hazards that may arise from collisions with the tank car.
9. Balancing System:
Used to balance the weight of the outer arm and the dropper pipe, thus making the arm operation agile and light. The balancing system consists of a spring cylinder, with compressed springs inside.
10. Vacuum Short Circuit Valve/Air Bleeder Valve
Vacuum short-circuit valves ensure the exhaust of residual medium from the crane hose, while exhaust valves are used for discharging gas from the vertical pipe of the crane hose during unloading.
11. Optional: Acoustic and Optical Level Alarm
The level probe is mounted at the top of the vertical pipe. It alerts the operator to close the valve when the liquid medium in the tank car approaches the tank opening, and can be linked with the control electro-hydraulic valve.
