212 Type, Single Face Mechanical Seal

Mechanical seal composed of a pair of sealed end faces. Features: 1. The single-end face mechanical seal structure is simple, easy to manufacture and install, commonly used for media with good self-lubricating properties and minor leakage allowance. It is a commonly used type of mechanical seal. 2. Not suitable for media that is toxic, flammable, or explosive and has strict requirements on leakage amounts. Suitable for mechanical seals used in glass-lined mixing containers with a nominal pressure of 0.4MPa or less and operating temperatures greater than -20 to 200°C. The diameter of the mixing shaft is 40-140mm, and the rotational axis speed is less than 2m/S. Utilizes a single-end face with a small spring bellows.

Operation Condition: Corrosive gases (except HF) with no suspended particles. Single-end face mechanical seal working principle: A device to prevent fluid leakage, formed by the sealing faces, which are perpendicular to the rotational axis, maintaining contact and relative sliding under the action of fluid pressure, the elastic force of the compensation mechanism, and the cooperation of auxiliary seals.
