Use precautions for Hastelloy reactors as follows:
1. The Hastelloy reactor should be installed in a high-pressure operation room that meets explosion-proof requirements. When equipped with multiple Hastelloy reactors, they should be placed separately. Every two reactors should be connected through a safety system.
Explosion-proof walls are in place. For passages leading to the outside, ensure proper ventilation of the equipment in the presence of explosive media.
2. If the heating method is electric heating by thermal oil, please purchase the corresponding type of thermal oil based on the operating temperature.

The mother must be diagonally symmetrical and apply even force to gradually tighten it several times. The lid must not tilt to one side to achieve a good sealing effect.
4. Install valves, pressure gauges, and safety valves by tightening the positive and negative nuts to achieve a sealing effect. The curved sealing surfaces at both ends must not rotate relative to each other. During assembly, all
Ferrule joints must be lubricated, or graphite must be mixed with oil to prevent seizing.
5. During cooling, internal cooling can be achieved by passing water through the cooling coils. Rapid cooling is prohibited to prevent cracking of the cooling coils and the vessel due to excessive temperature difference stress. Throughout the operation process,
If the temperature of the kettle exceeds 100°C, cool water should flow through the water jacket between the magnetic stirrer and the kettle lid to ensure the water temperature is below 35°C, preventing demagnetization of the magnet.
6. After the reaction is complete, first cool it down, then release the gas inside the reactor into the outside through the pipeline, and reduce the pressure inside the reactor to atmospheric pressure. Do not disassemble under pressure; loosen the main bolts symmetrically.

7. After each operation, please use a cleaning solution, and use the cleaning solution to prevent corrosion of the main materials. Clean off any residues on the kettle body and sealing surface. Keep clean at all times.
