I. Overview
The HIJ type chemical centrifugal pump is a single-stage, single-suction, cantilevered centrifugal pump. Its marked rated performance points and dimensions are equivalent to the international standard ISO 2858-1975 (E). It is an energy-saving product designed to replace and upgrade the F-type corrosion-resistant pump. It is suitable for conveying corrosive media or media with physical and chemical properties similar to water at temperatures ranging from -20℃ to 105℃ in industries such as chemicals, petroleum, metallurgy, power stations, food, pharmaceuticals, and synthetic fibers.

IV. Product Structure
The HIJ type chemical centrifugal pump is designed according to the performance and dimensions specified by the international standard ISO 2858. The pump is mainly composed of the pump body, pump cover, impeller, shaft, sealing ring, intermediate bracket, seals, and suspension components.
The pump housing and cover form the pump's working chamber, with the inlet being horizontal and the outlet vertically upward. The cover is clamped between the housing and the intermediate bracket using stoppers, while the suspension components are fixed to the intermediate bracket with stoppers. The impeller, shaft, and bearings make up the pump's rotor, which is supported by the suspension and bearing components. The pump features a rear-access design and utilizes a lengthened coupling, offering the advantage of easy maintenance. No need to disassemble the housing, piping, or motor; simply remove the middle connecting piece of the lengthened coupling, and the rotor components can be withdrawn for inspection.
Two single-row radial ball bearings are mounted within the suspension, supporting the pump shaft and withstanding the radial and axial forces of the pump.
Axial seals are available with packing or mechanical seals.
Filling Sealing: The pump cover is equipped with a stuffing box, which uses soft packing for sealing. Water under pressure can be introduced into the stuffing box for sealing, cooling, or cleaning purposes.
Mechanical Seals: Select single or double face mechanical seals as required. Water under pressure is passed through the sealing chamber to flush the friction surfaces, simultaneously providing cooling.
The transmission pump is directly driven by the motor via a lengthened coupling. When viewed from the motor end, the pump rotates in a clockwise direction.
Users can select the material for the main pump components based on the usage conditions.
