Overview
The CZ-Z type standard chemical pump is an improved new product designed to address issues such as short bearing service life, frequent replacement, and frequent leakage due to mechanical seal problems in CZ type pump bearings, as well as low pump efficiency. The CZ-Z type standard chemical pump features the following:
1. All bearings are of Swedish SKF and Japanese NTN origin, offering reliable performance and longer lifespan compared to domestic bearings.
2. Utilizes imported mechanical seals to ensure that leakage of the mechanical seals meets the requirements of advanced industrial countries when transporting high temperatures, high pressures, low temperatures, and special media.
3. Modifications have been made to the hydraulic surge components to meet energy-saving requirements, resulting in a corresponding increase in pump efficiency.
4. The structural type, installation dimensions, and performance range of the CZ-Z type standard chemical pump are identical to those of the CZ pump, facilitating the upgrade and transformation of existing installations.
5. The CZ-Z type standard chemical pump is a horizontal, single-stage, single-suction centrifugal pump, with dimensions and performance that comply with DIN 24256/ISO 2858 standards.
6. The performance of the CZ-Z type standard chemical pump includes all the features of the IH-Z (IH) series standard chemical pump, which can be interchanged with the IH-Z (IH) pump units.

Structural Features
The pressure on the shaft seal at the丁香轴 is balanced by the balancing holes in the shrouds or impeller. The shaft seal can be sealed with soft packing (either cooled or uncooled) or electrically sealed with various single or double-end face mechanical seals (balanced type available). Ball bearings can use imported bearings for durability, with ample shaft diameter sizes to ensure smooth operation. Some pump bodies are designed with double volute shells to balance radial forces. The bearing housing, including the shaft, impeller, and packing box, forms a composite component, allowing the pump body to be repaired without removing it from the pipeline (the motor does not need to be removed if an extended coupling is used). The flange design is available in PN16 and PN25 (depending on material differences). Additionally, it is also suitable for ANSI Class 125 lb/in² or 150 lb/in².
