LHB Leak-Free Chemical Pump Product Overview:
The LHB series non-leakage chemical process pumps are designed entirely around the operational conditions, usage requirements, and other factors of the medium conveyed by the pressure filter machine. They are horizontal single-stage, single-suction centrifugal pumps developed by introducing, digesting, and absorbing advanced German technology, based on similar imported equipment. They are an ideal specialized equipment for matching with pressure filters, effectively addressing the drawbacks of general centrifugal pumps and volumetric pumps when used with pressure filters, such as insufficient pressure, easy damage to seals, and short lifespan of components.
LHB Leak-Free Chemical Pump Structural Features:
The impeller of the LHB series leak-proof chemical process pump features a rear-opening design, wide flow channels, and is resistant to clogging, crystallization, and particle damage. It employs advanced mechanical seal technology with an integrated hard alloy sealing face, offering excellent wear and corrosion resistance. The suspension components use three imported bearings, resulting in a longer suspension part for smooth operation, low noise, and effective sealing. It's easy to maintain and has a long service life, making it suitable for various filter press applications. The pump can handle a wide range of corrosive liquid slurry with particles and varying viscosities, suitable for temperatures from -10℃ to 110℃ in the filter press process. It is widely used in industries such as chemicals, oil, starch, agricultural chemicals, dyes, paints, metallurgy, papermaking, electroplating, power, and food.
The LHB vacuum filter pump is a specialized pump developed by integrating advanced foreign centrifugal pump technology with our factory's years of production experience. It employs a vacuum device for mechanical seals. Capable of long-term liquid transportation under increasing pressure and decreasing flow, the mechanical seal is not subjected to working pressure, ensuring no leakage and making it an ideal equipment for constructing a civilized factory.
The LHB type low-speed filter press pump is a low-speed, large-channel pump designed for conveying slurry with large particle content or mineral slurries containing sand and stone. Its structure features an axial inlet and radial outlet, ensuring that larger sand and stone particles are immediately ejected through the open impeller upon entering the pump chamber, preventing wear or particle entrapment between the impeller and the pump cover or body. This effectively addresses the limitations of general centrifugal pumps.
Users can select the appropriate sealing structure based on different medium conditions. It not only can be used under the special conditions of the pressure filter but also meets the transportation requirements of acidic and alkaline solvents under various working conditions.
