The QXP tangent flow pump is a single-stage, single-suction partial flow pump with low flow rate and high lift, especially designed for conditions with abrasive solid-containing mediums. The manufacturing materials of the QXP pump can be carbon steel, stainless steel, 20# alloy, Monel, Hastelloy, and other special alloys, depending on the requirements of the conveying medium.

The QXP chemical pump, thanks to its unique design, experiences no unbalanced radial force on the impeller and pump shaft when the flow deviates from the design point, ensuring stable operation and extended bearing life.

This pump features a fully open impeller and is equipped with appropriate mechanical seals and other seals, ensuring no leakage during operation and excellent sealing performance.

Pumps, with their tangential flow design technology, maintain a constant head from zero flow to the design flow rate. This feature is particularly suitable for use with nozzles and other applications requiring pumps with self-adjusting characteristics. Additionally, the pump is insensitive to the gap between the impeller and the front and rear pump covers. Its performance remains largely unchanged when the gap increases due to friction or corrosion.

The QXP tangent flow pump can also be controlled by a variable frequency speed controller for speed regulation, offering convenient performance adjustment. It can be connected to a computer for computerized pump control, ensuring easy operation.
