The SBS series centrifugal pumps feature advanced hydraulic models, designed with CFD computer-aided design, meticulously manufactured, and meet ISO 5199 performance standards. The standard working pressure for SBS series standard pumps is 16bar. The pump body inlet and outlet flanges are standard PN16. To meet the varying requirements of different countries, the pump's inlet and outlet flanges can also be selected according to ANSI and JIS standards. All hydraulic components of this series are produced using precise casting technology, and are rigorously inspected and tested before shipment. These high-quality centrifugal pumps are characterized by their reliability, high efficiency, rational structure, long service life, low operating costs, easy installation and maintenance, and attractive appearance. They are particularly suitable for conveying clean water, chemicals, and special media with a certain particle content. The pumps can be optionally equipped with packing seals, single-end mechanical seals, and pressurized double-end mechanical seals.
The SBS series pumps, designed for various heavy-duty workstations, are known for their stable operation, energy-saving efficiency, and popularity among users. In automotive painting stations, by improving the SBS pump's mechanical seal cavity structure, selecting appropriate mechanical seals and flushing methods for the medium being transported, and optimizing the production process, they have been very successfully used as electro-phoresis pumps, phosphating pumps, ultrafiltration pumps, pretreatment pumps, and more.
Application Scenario:
● Painting Industry: Electrophoresis Main Circulation Pumps, Ultrafiltration Pumps, Phosphating Pumps, and Pretreatment Pumps, etc.
Water Treatment: High-pressure pumps and booster pumps between sections, etc. (Pure water/ultrapure water, recycled water, desalination of brackish water, membrane-based special separation, etc.)
Petroleum & petrochemical, fine chemicals, chlor-alkali, biological, papermaking, and other chemical process pumps
● HVAC, water supply, electronics factory PCW, pump for beverage industry
Viscosity's Influence on Selection: The viscosity and density of the conveying medium affect the performance of centrifugal pumps. Pumps of this type cannot be used if the viscosity exceeds 150 mm²/s. Adjustments to flow, head, and power must be made between 20-150 mm²/s.
Density's Impact on Selection: Density only affects the matching power of centrifugal pumps, without altering the flow rate or head of the pump.
The influence of temperature on selection: The SBS&BS OH1 standard horizontal centrifugal pump has a conventional medium temperature range of -30 to 120°C. Different temperatures require different mechanical seal types and pump body materials. When exceeding 120°C, cooling treatment is necessary for the seal chamber, and even the bearing housing.
Medium containing a certain amount of granular or crystalline matter: Please inform Flying Pump Industry when transporting such media. This is crucial for selecting the mechanical seal type, seal material, and flushing method. The design engineers at Flying have poured their hearts into combining aesthetics with design, endowing the "H.E" pump with new connotations. Every "HE" pump is a soulful craft, showcasing exceptional quality and appearance. The meticulous attention to detail in the craftsmanship makes each pump even more pleasing to the eye.
High-efficiency hydraulic models and precision casting technology combine to create the heart of the centrifugal pump—the impeller.
Smooth and fine flow channels, along with a relatively higher design pressure grade, ensure the pump housing has more than 3mm of wear and corrosion resistance. The number on the pump housing support feet indicates the casting furnace number of this casting, enabling traceability and ensuring the pump housing material meets the specifications.
