One, Detailed Description of IN Series Jacketed Stainless Steel Insulation Pump: Steam Insulation, Corrosion and Scale-Resistant Chemical Pump
The IN-type third-generation molten urea pump is a single-stage, single-suction, suspended centrifugal pump. It is suitable for transporting molten urea liquid in H-type fertilizer factories and can also be used for transporting other corrosive liquids without suspended particles. The medium temperature range is -20 to 180 degrees Celsius. The pump draws in horizontally and discharges radially at the top. The front of the pump has an insulated jacket, and the double-insulated jacket allows for 0.59 MPa, 170-degree Celsius steam insulation. Users can select different materials, models, and adjustable flow and head heights based on the degree of corrosiveness of the medium being transported.
